I need my bath, shower or sink resealing

If you’ve noticed that the seal is mouldy, you should be able to remove it using appropriate bathroom cleaner or mould remover. We won’t reseal it if it’s mouldy.

If the seal is broken around a bath, leaks are more likely to occur when a shower is being used over it. In this situation, you can use the bath if you don’t overfill it, but don’t use the shower until the seal has been repaired.
