My bath or shower tray is leaking

It only leaks when the shower is used over the bath

It’s likely that water is getting behind the bath seal while the shower is running. Don’t use the shower until the seal is repaired. You should be able to continue to use the bath if you are careful not to fill it too much, or splash water over the seal or the edge of the bath if it has dropped slightly.

It leaks when the water is drained from the bath

It’s likely to be the waste pipe underneath that's leaking. Don’t use the bath until we have been out to repair it.

It’s leaking all the time

It’s likely to be a pipe or fitting under the bath, probably hidden behind the panel. You can try to isolate the leak by turning off the stop tap, but as we are unsure what's leaking this may not work. You will need to report the repair to us.

How do I report a repair?
