Error code flashing lights

If you’re seeing this type of error on your boiler then you’ll have one of our Baxi Solo or Potterton Promax 15he plus boilers.

There’s a red lockout light and green mains light lit

This might be because you haven’t got any gas. Check you have credit on your meter if you have the pre-payment type. Click here to see what you need to check.

There are no visible lockout lights

Potterton promax 15he boilers don't have any lock out lights. Try pressing the reset switch. If the boiler lights check that it stays on. If it lights and goes off quickly it's possibly an ignition fault. 

Flashing fault lights

If you have a Potterton Assure Heat only boiler, look out for 3 flashing red lights followed by a pause. This indicates an ignition fault, which could be because of a loss of gas supply.
