Can I get a rent refund?

Generally, you can’t have a rent refund if you have less than 4 weeks credit on your account. If you have more than 4 weeks credit, then you might be able to get a rent refund and you can make a request for this at any time. You can check your rent balance at any time using My Account.

How to I request a Rent Refund?

What happens next?

One of our Income Officers will review your rent refund request and confirm the amount to be refunded.

Once the refund amount is agreed it will be transferred into your bank account. We never refund in cash.

How long will it take for me to get the money into my account?

The whole process can take a few weeks.
