Do you repair or fit TV aerial, satellite dish or phone ports?
We do not repair TV or telephone sockets, unless the property has been built within the last 10 years.
If your device is not working, you need to check your manufacturer’s instruction guide to make sure it is set up correctly.
Check that the device is plugged into the power point and connection point correctly.
If there is no physical sign of damage to the ethernet or phone connection, you should contact your Broadband/phone line provider, as there may be an issue with the service provided by them.
I live in a communal building, flats, or shared accommodation
We can only repair aerials that are communal and serve more than one property. If it is a single aerial on your property, then it is your responsibility to repair.
We must receive reports that the problem with the aerial is affecting more than one customer before we can investigate the issue.
I live in a new build
On our new build properties, we are responsible for repairing your TV, phone, and ethernet connection points. If you have any problems with any of these, please report a repair to us.
I want to fit a satellite dish or new aerial
You must apply in writing to get permission from us to fit satellite dishes. All issues with satellite installations are your responsibility. That means you will need to repair or replace any damaged cables, wires etc. To apply for a satellite dish send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, address and contact details.
How do I report a repair?
You can report a repair to us at anytime, anywhere using My Account or contact us via Live Chat. Let us know when reporting that you’ve followed the advice and what you’ve tried to get it working. This helps us to decide what to do next, and to make sure we send the right person for the job.
