I want to give someone a key to my home

If you want to give a key to someone else, you can. You can get additional keys cut at your own cost and give them to anyone you choose to. We would however advise you to only give a key to someone that you trust and feel comfortable with.

You will be given your key(s) when you sign up for your property. Any keys that have been given to you are your responsibility. This includes any gate or door entry key fobs to any communal building or car park too.

We give the key to you as our customer when you begin your tenancy with us. We don’t give any permissions or get involved any further when it comes to key distribution.

If you decide to move out, we request that all keys are returned to us. This includes any that you have given out throughout your tenancy.
