When will I get my bond back?

If you’ve recently moved out of your market rent home, the inventory will have been completed when you handed the keys back to us. You should have received an email copy confirming the condition of the property and the bond amount to be returned.

You need to check and sign the inventory via a link included in the email to sign electronically. Once your signature is received the Lettings Coordinator will release the agreed bond amount to the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) which then manages the process of returning the bond. You will receive an email from DPS, and you need to follow those instructions and complete in order to receive the bond back.
