Do you have a transfer list if I want to move to another home?

No, unfortunately we do not hold a transfer list.

You would need to contact your Local Authority who will be able to provide you with information and advice on whether you would be eligible to rejoin the housing register to transfer to another home. You would be required to complete an online application form for them to be able to assess your circumstances and whether you meet the eligibility criteria to move to another home.

Alternatively, and usually a more successful way to transfer to a different home is to look for a mutual exchange (swap your home) with someone else.
