How can I book one?

To book one of our community centres please fill out the community centre booking form.docx

Please then send it to us via enquiries@futureshg.co.uk or post to Customer Services Team, Futures Housing Group, PO Box 141, Innovation House, Coniston Court, Blyth, NE24 9FQ.

Once we receive your booking form, a customer service agent will contact you to let you know if your desired time is available, or to rearrange for another date. The booking may require a payment for it be confirmed. If so, this will be no higher than £12 and can be paid over the phone, by bank transfer or cheque.

Collecting and returning the keys

Each community centre will have a key safe for you to open and close the building. When you have successfully booked the centre, our team will provide you with the code to the safe. Each safe is regularly monitored by the facilities team on site. They will ensure your key is there for you when you arrive.
