How can I book one?
To book one of our community centres please fill out the community centre booking form
Collecting and returning the keys
Each community centre will have a key safe for you to open and close the building. When you have successfully booked the centre, our team will provide you with the code to the safe. Each safe is regularly monitored by the facilities team on site. They will ensure your key is there for you when you arrive.
General information
- The heating in our community centres can be turned up.
- Community centres have facilities to make tea and coffee, but beverages are not supplied.
- Further details can be found in the conditions of use at the bottom of the booking form.
- Any repairs or grounds maintenance issues should be reporting via the usual process and channels.
- We are legally required to carry out fire risk assessments on all of our properties with communal areas to assess and reduce fire risks. You can find more details about how we manage these here
