My shed or outhouse is damaged

If you have installed the building yourself, then you are responsible for repairing and maintaining it. Futures isn't responsible for any wooden sheds.

Some new build properties had wooden sheds already in the garden, but these were gifted at handover and are your responsibility to maintain, replace or repair.

If it’s a brickwork shed which needs a repair and you didn’t build it yourself, report the issue to us.

How do I report a repair?

You can report a repair to us at anytime, anywhere using My Account or contact us via Live Chat. Let us know when reporting that you’ve followed the advice and what you’ve tried to get it working, this helps us to assess what to do next to get the right person for the job.
