My wall tiles are broken or need replacing
The wall tiles around my bath or shower are broken
Don’t use the shower until the repair has been completed as this may cause water to come through the ceiling below. If you’ve got a bath, then try not to overfill the bath so the water doesn’t get into the broken tiles.
If you’ve fitted your own tiles in the bathroom, it is your responsibility to repair or replace them.
My floor tiles are broken or damaged
If you’ve fitted your own floor tiles, it is your responsibility to repair or replace them.
