My wall tiles are broken or there's an issue with the grouting

The wall tiles around my bath or shower are broken or the grout is damaged.

Don’t use the shower until the repair has been completed as this may cause water to come through the ceiling below. If you’ve got a bath, then try not to overfill the bath so the water doesn’t get into the broken tiles.

Discoloured grout should be cleaned with a suitable cleaning product, ensuring you follow the manufacturers instructions. We would only attend to grouting issues if it was damaged.

If you’ve fitted your own tiles in the bathroom, it is your responsibility to repair or replace them.

My floor tiles are broken or damaged
