My taps are loose

From time-to-time, taps can become loose and we will need to attend to fix it. If one of your taps is loose check underneath the sink or basin to make sure there's no leaks. If there's no leaks, and you’re careful, it should be ok to still use it. If its leaking underneath you can isolate the supply.

How do I report a repair?

You can report a repair to us at anytime, anywhere using My Account or contact us via Live Chat. Let us know when reporting that you’ve followed the advice and what you’ve tried to get it working, this helps us to assess what to do next to get the right person for the job.
