Do you offer apprenticeships or employment development?

Apprenticeships allow people to gain a professional qualification and work experience at the same time. They are often seen as an alternative route to ‘traditional’ education like school, college or university. At Futures, we offer a range of office-based and construction-based apprenticeships that span from level 2, equivalent to GCSE-level, all the way to higher and degree level apprenticeships that are equivalent to an undergraduate degree. There’s no maximum age limit to do an apprenticeship, so they can be a great option for school leavers or people looking for a change in career.  To find out more please email employability@futureshg.co.uk

We work closely with Access Training East Midlands and several local colleges to provide the practical side of an apprenticeship. You can learn more about Access Training here. This is a great opportunity for people to earn while they learn. With an apprenticeship at Futures, you will gain practical and academic skills from the housing sector that can help boost any career.

We advertise any available apprenticeship vacancies on our vacancies page. We will also post vacancies on the Government’s apprenticeship page. You can also use this website, and Access Training's website to find vacancies at other organisations in your local area.

Check this page out to hear more about the benefits that we offer to our apprentices, and to hear case studies from former apprentices that are now full-time team members.
